Monday August 29th
· Gary and Ali arrive in Hervey Bay. Fraser Magic 4WD to pick us up.
Tuesday August 30th
· Gary and Ali go across to Fraser Island to set up Cabins and bring our stuff over.
· Victor and Jen, Rosie, Cami, Caiti, et al arrive Hervey Bay 17: 40pm (All are staying at Quarterdecks Harbour Retreat)
Wednesday August 31st
· Gary and Ali come back to Hervey Bay, arrive into the port at 4pm.
· All drivers need to be at the FRASER MAGIC 4WD HIRE at 430 for driving ‘course’ and to pick up the other 2 vehicles (Gary and Ali will meet you there; its less than 10 minutes drive from QuarterDecks)

· SAUSAGE SIZZLE @ QUARTERDECKS HARBOUR RETREAT @ APPROX. 730PM (We are holding a debriefing on the week’s itinerary and how the ferry crossing the next morning will be organised)
· Yvonne and Laura, Alexandra and Brynnen arrive into Hervey Bay around Mid-day (staying at various places)
Thursday September 1st
· Wedding Party will be on the 1230 PM FERRY TO KINGFISHER BAY
(Most likely we will all be meeting at QuarterDecks at 10am to load up the cars and and head to the ferry crossing at 1130am—this will be confirmed at the Sausage Sizzle on the 31st ) Kate and Pete to meet us at the Ferry Crossing)
· We will arrive at Kingfisher around 130pm and then drive an hour to Eurong and our cabins (Refer to Website www.alingarywedding.blogspot.com for Cabin Allocations)
· You will have the afternoon and evening to do as you please, but remember you have to be up for 545am the following morning.
Friday September 2nd
· Whale Watching – Cars will depart Eurong at 630am to Arrive at KingFisher Bay for 745am (Whale watching returns to Kingfisher Bay at approx. 330pm)
· 2 x 4WD return to Eurong Cabins; 1 x 4WD to wait for Jack n Judy to arrive at Kingfisher bay Resort at 430pm (Coming on the 330pm ferry from River Heads)
· Evening to yourself to get ready for the following BIG day.
Saturday September the 3rd - WEDDING DAY
· Approx. 11am all Wedding Party Ladies go to Eurong Resort to get ready at a Villa organized by Rosie Stout.
· Get into your designated Vehicle around 145pm (See Appendices for Wedding Day Vehicle Allocations)
· Ceremony Begins at 3pm (everyone to be at the site around 230pm and a map will be posted on the website of where to go on the day)
· 330 – 4pm Champagne Toast on the Beach + Group Photos (Drivers just take a sip)
· 4 – 445pm All Wedding Participants head to Eurong Beach Bar for Swimming and Reception.
· Gary and Ali arrive for beginning of Reception around 5pm. A few toasts will occur and food will be brought out around 530pm. (NO BYO at the reception)
· Move to Bringabeeralong Cabin around 9pm for more casual drinks and where BYO is acceptable.
Sunday September 4th
· Chris Pearce, Jack and Judy leave Fraser Island. 630am taxi pick up for 750 ferry crossing.
Monday September 5th
· Aussie’s leave Fraser Island (1 x 4WD will need to drop Kate and Pete off for their Ferry Crossing)
Tuesday September 6th
· Victor and Jen Leave Fraser Island, taking 1 x 4WD back with them on the 9am Ferry. Fraser Magic 4WD to take Victor and Jen to the airport. (There will be 5 free spots if you don’t want to pay for an individual ferry crossing back)
Wednesday September 7th
· Rosie et al leave Fraser Island, taking 1x 4WD back with them on the 2pm Ferry. (There will be 2 spots free if you don’t want to pay for an individual ferry crossing back)
Friday September 9th
· Gary and Ali, Laura and Yvonne leave Fraser Island, taking the last 4WD back with them on the 2pm Ferry. (There will be 1 spot free if you don’t want to pay for an individual ferry crossing back).
